Allingham Court, on Bishops Avenue in north London, is a prestigious development of twelve luxurious high-end apartments built out for Barratt Homes.

The building mixed a broadly contemporary design with some traditional features such as the gable and pitched roof elements, and included a blend of design elements and construction details.
Externally a new bridge feature was constructed over the moat leading up to the glass walled foyer. To the rear of the building and extensive communal gardens were created, including ornamental orchard, raised paved patios and linked water features.

The largest apartment was over 500 square meters in size and at the time of completion apartment prices ranged from £4 to £11 million.
