Society of the Sacred Heart, Roehampton
Roehampton is the central Run as a private care home providing care for the elderly Sisters of the Society of the Sacred Heart, we were employed as Architects, Interior Designers and Project Managers for the refurbishment of their care home in Roehampton.
Residential Care Refurbishment
We worked directly with the sisters and care home manager to develop a scheme providing new ensuite bedrooms and communal facilities for the residents combined with a bright and fresh interior design scheme.
Although one of the smaller projects we have worked on with 14 bedrooms on completion we still faced operation challenges for the care home which remained open throughout construction. Particular challenges were with installation of new drainage to serve the new ensuites, the existing floor slab proved to be incredibly thick and very tough to cut into.

Interior Design & Fit-Out
We provided a full interior design package which was developed from initial concept, via 3D modelling and visuals through to completion. We also sourced all the furniture and soft furnishings throughout the home. Key spaces have hand painted quotations on the walls, we sourced an artist to carry out this work and worked with them providing templates and setting out guidance. Working as Architect, Interior designer and Project Managers allowed us to keep close control over budgets and timescales to meet client expectations.
